FARGO — One in 10 women develop hypertension for the first time after pregnancy, according to Boston University. Sanford is trying to make it more comfortable for patients who need treatment. This year, Sanford launched an outpatient clinic to help new mothers with hypertension. Women in their 30s face a much higher risk for hypertension.
